it is very detailed. You will meet with 3-4 managers with the company. They will ask you very specific questions tailored to your past experience and about your capabilities. They expect very specific and detailed answers.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Tesloop (Culver City, CA) in Apr 2017
Interview
Pleasantly informal, nice staff. There were two steps to the process. I was interviewed by the operations manager then interviewed by the CEO. It is a great start-up company and although they may not need my services very often, I'm always available to help.

Question 1
What prior experience do you have working on cars?
The CEO interviewed me and was so rude during our call, I almost wanted to hang up. He asked about my previous experience and I started going over my previous roles. Midway through says “I didn’t ask you for a resume” WHAT?? The rest of the call was just plain awkward after that. Also, to boot, he rescheduled my interview 3 times and was late. Good luck to anyone interviewing here
