The interview process at test Corporation was smooth, professional, and well-structured. I appreciated how responsive the recruiter was throughout each stage. The initial phone screening was a pleasant conversation that covered my background and motivations.
The second stage was a skills assessment, which was relevant to the role and gave me a good sense of what the job would involve. I then had a video interview with the hiring manager, who asked thoughtful questions about my experience and gave me clear insights into the team culture and expectations.
Finally, I had a panel interview with two team members, which felt more like a collaborative discussion than a grilling session. Overall, the process took about two weeks, and I was kept informed at every step. The only reason I didn’t give a full 5 stars is because the feedback after the final interview could have been more detailed. Still, a great experience overall!

The interview process was smooth and well organized. It started with an online test followed by a technical interview. The interviewer asked basic testing concepts and some real-life scenarios. The final round was HR, where general questions were discussed.
