I talked with management and submitted my resume. They wanted to know how disciplined I was and whether I could keep to a regular and precise schedule. I knew from the beginning that it would be a work environment that valued its workers.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Texas A&M University (College Station, TX)
Interview
The interview process was the most simple and easy interview that I had ever gone through. You will walk into the office and wait for several other applicants to show up and then the managers will take you into a large room where they present the job specifications, policies and operations to you. They will then ask a random question that will decide the order of the 1-on-1 interviews. Dress business casual (the other folks that interviewed with me did not get the job, but they were in very casual attire). Be nice and courteous to the interviewer and get to know them personally. I got a job offer by the end of the 10 minute 1-on-1 interview.
