I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Texas Health and Human Services Commission (Dallas, TX) in Jun 2018
Interview
The interview process was very easy and informal . The first part is a Written test it was easy to me they give you 30 mins , it’s over situational questions that could happen at work , when it comes to eligibility . So I recommend reading it over TWICE, after that the hiring manager grades it and tells you if you pass or fail , if you pass then you get your oral interview with very basic questions you should have a answer to. The process took 10 days literally , I got a call and I got the job!!!

I applied in-person. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Texas Health and Human Services Commission
Interview
My interview was scheduled at the same time as 2 other candidates. Two supervisors came and introduced themselves. They handed everyone the questions that were going to be asked in order to prepare. While one candidate was interviewing, the other two take a 30 minute timed test. The test consisted of questions about a case and how you would figure out if they qualified or not. It was difficult since no one knows what formulas they used in determining that. The one and one portion was very easy. You have to speak slow because they will write down your answers verbatim. It was not a very personal interview and I felt like I didn't get to know either supervisor at all.
