The Rangers' interview process was very tailored and I appreciated the timeline the hiring managers provided me. Each step of the process was clearly laid out from the initial application, with each interviewer taking the time to promptly schedule time.

The interview process was very laid back. They asked me at the start what my expected salary for the position was. And then they tried to lowball me with 40% of what my expected salary was by saying "C'mon I thought you liked baseball, you're really not going to accept this offer, for 30% less than your currently making?"
