I applied online. I interviewed at Texas Tech University in May 2026
Interview
Overall an average experience. Applied online and heard back a few days later. After I interviewed the second time for the position I was ghosted for three weeks until they finally responded back to my messages and tell me I did not get an offer.

Interview
Job listing is more in-depth than the actual job. Technical questions were about what OSs you are familiar with, parts of a computer, and past experience. If you can take apart a computer you will be good, and if you know how to subnet, you are above.
I interviewed at Texas Tech University in Feb 2026
Interview
I applied on January 22, 2026, and interviewed on February 12, 2026. The process was smooth and fairly laid-back, involving a panel of two team members. Overall, it was a positive experience, however, I did not receive feedback on the reason for the rejection. One of the interviewers appeared somewhat disengaged, and as an alumnus, it was disappointing to go through that experience. I was initially told I would receive an update within a week. I followed up after two weeks and then a couple more times over the next month and a half, but did not receive any response. Eventually, I was informed of the rejection on April 20, 2026 nearly two months after the interview.
