I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Textbook Painting (Cincinnati, OH)
Interview
All via skype. Mostly with other candidates in on the call. Very vague about how you get paid and make it to complicated for you to understand until you experience it yourself. They are just looking to hire anyone who isn't afraid to put in extreme hours so they can make money off you
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Hardly any real questions were asked. They will just ask where you go to school, what your major is ect.
I applied through university. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Textbook Painting (Cincinnati, OH) in Nov 2014
Interview
First round was through Skype with multiple people, then the second round was one on one with one of the owners. Interview asks quite a bit about you, takes some time, but rather easy. If you sound like you know what your saying, you will get hired. Also, make sure you don't laugh at how silly the owner sounds. It only gets worse once your hired.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Textbook Painting (Columbus, OH) in Oct 2014
Interview
I received an email from the company describing the position. I was interested and then responded and they set up what they called an "Info-session" which was basically a description of the job. Looking back it was a very good description of the ins and outs of the job. I then I proceeded to do two interviews and then was offered the job. They asked me to do certain tasks throughout like call family and friends to make sure it was a good fit.
