Long and overrated. The interviewer asks very basic questions about past experience and if you are a good "culture fit". They look for people who do not question the process and won't push back

I was interviewed by Tara and it took exactly an hour long, from what I understand she no longer works here so this information may be a little outdated. She asked the basic "tell me about yourself" first and then dived into more unconventional questions listed below.
