I recently interviewed for a role at the ADE, and unfortunately, the experience was highly disappointing. The process consisted of a 30-minute interview and a written task. While the interview itself was straightforward, the real issue was the complete lack of communication thereafter.
Despite sending two follow-up emails ensuing the interview, I received no updates, feedback, or even a basic rejection email. Weeks passed with total radio silence.
If this is how they treat potential employees, I can only imagine how they handle internal communication and workplace culture. Would not recommend applying unless you’re okay with being left in the dark.
Ironically, they even asked a whole question about how they facilitate career development—yet they couldn’t be bothered to send a simple rejection email. If this is their idea of ‘career support,’ I’d hate to see what actual employee development looks like.
