The process took 2 months. I interviewed at The Bay Club (Corte Madera, CA) in Aug 2018
Interview
I felt everyone was very nice but extremely disorganized. When they finally had me for an interview/ demo it was strange. The information I was giving didn’t match my pretend client and I had to make changes in the fly. I could handle it no problem, but it was awkward. When we were done I was told I would hear back from someone right away and it’s been weeks and not a word. I would appreciate the feedback if they aren’t going to hire me.
easy questions about previous experience, 2nd interview is a walk around & you answering questions about form or exercises and equipment just to see if you know how to use it and how you would correct someone’s form
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
What core exercises do you know and how do you teach them
After I filled out an application, I met with the personal training director who asked me about my background, my training philosophy and my certifications. I interviewed at 3 of the partner clubs.
