Interview
The interview process began through email. You receive an email asking you to consent to the disclosure of health information and a background check. Once you have given the ok for these things and they come back ok, you will begin speaking with a recruiter over the phone. The recruiter will ask general questions about your background and experience. If the recruiter feels that you should move on in the hiring process, then you will be contacted by a hiring manager to have a 1 on 1 interview. My best advice would be to seem very confident in yourself, but not arrogant.

Applied online, heard back after 2 weeks. Did a phone screen then brought in for a face 2 face. Had to do a planned through phone roleplay. Nerve racking a bit.
