Excessively long and tedious. Went through multiple rounds of interviews and presentations only to be sent a one liner rejection email. I asked for feedback and was ghosted. I know there are a lot of great candidates but there should still be some common courtesy for folks who entertained them for multiple interviews.
The interviewer was very comfortable and easy to converse with. Asked about work schedule and being able to work at least 5 times a week full time. Works with your schedule and tried to be flexible
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at The Black Tux in Aug 2022
Interview
There were a number of interview rounds (maybe three?) with the final engagement being about a 4 hour virtual interview block consisting of various interviews with HR and members of the development team. There were at least 2 different live-coding sessions, behavior question sessions, and general technical knowledge sessions. Overall, I enjoyed the process and the people I met were enjoyable to talk with.
