The Business Backer interview questions

First interview was with the sales manager. She explained the role and compensation plan very well. Second interview was with the Chief Growth Officer. He was very energetic and treated me very well. He ended up offering me the position on the spot.

Phone Interview followed by on-campus interview at a local bar. Very casual. Not very effective. Talked about entrepreneurship a decent amount. I was interviewed by the founder of the company (again shows how small the company is) and he is a very laid back guy who will welcome you with open arms. However, he is not very present in the day-to-day functioning of the company, so i find it odd that he is the interviewer.
