I submitted an application form to the customer services and after about a week they rang me up and asked if I could come in within the next few hours for an interview. This being my first proper job interview I was pretty nervous not having time to prepare. However it was alright when it got started. The interviewer was asking me questions from a list and was understanding over my nerves and gave me a good amount of time to get through them all.
