I met with the owner of The Cabinet Shop in New Braunfels, Texas and we talked about his vision for the company, his growth plan and the Sales and Design Manager position. We discussed my prior cabinet sales and design experience and qualifications. I was offered the job. We then discussed and negotiated a base salary plus a commissions package.
