It was a pretty easy interview and it seems that a valid candidate for working with plants doesn't need any experience working with plants. The questions are pretty basic for this position, not much plant knowledge needed.

The process, while varies, consisted of at least 6 rounds all virtual. Conversations span all teams you touch. Short calls and team was kind. Questions were very fair. Meetings with comms, operations, leadership, retail, and more.
