I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at The Center for Reproductive Rights (New York, NY)
Interview
The interview process was drawn out, involving four distinct steps over a few months with several different people. That said they were generally straight forward conversations that I felt assessed my capacity to do the job.
I applied online. I interviewed at The Center for Reproductive Rights in Jun 2017
Interview
I received an email asking if I could interview the following day . The interview was with a consultant to CRR. She started off the interview with, "I think our views of capacity building are different." It was obvious she had not read my resume before requesting an interview. It was over in less than 15 minutes which was a relief. She spent the first 3 minutes on how much money has come into CRR since Trump was elected. The entire episode with this consultant was unprofessional and made me wonder what goes on at CRR if such a person is entrusted with hiring.
