Interview

I started out speaking with two mid-level managers simultaneously, I think to determine culture fit. Then I had two more interviews with director level personnel. The second interview was much more complex in its questioning.

Interview

They are very responsive and follow up quickly. The company culture seemed to be great from interviews with various panels. I believe they do a lot of interviews for contracts they have applied to, so no job is guaranteed.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at The Clearing in Mar 2020

Interview

Easy simple interview first with the recruiter. You then interview with two pairs of employees. This was during COVID so it was all via Zoom call. Pretty routine interview - with standard questions.
