Easy straight forward with Department Manager. Participates in the Verve Quality Improvement (VQI) program. Provides care to residents including cognitive, social and emotional support, according to their plan of care and in a manner that promotes comfort and safety. Performs nursing care procedures in accordance with the standards of resident care. Follows routine practices in all aspects of care and complies with infection control protocols (i.e. outbreak management).
