Overall, extremely horrible. Interviewer was extremely arrogant, when asked about the job scope, they compared it to candidate's current job in a condescending manner, "It's not like xxx company where you can just anyhow greet the customer one" . Bragged about how they made their staff starve for lunch break because they were so so busy and claimed "it's CNY anyways they can lose weight". Bragged about their clientele profile after candidate asked, and THEN bragged about their own lifestyle - claiming that a few thousand dollars "to them is nothing". When asked about pay, interviewer offered lower that candidates current pay ($7 per hour) and said, "honestly right, working with us is a benefit to you. You should be paying us to learn here" Nobody cares that a princess from some other country visited your store, seriously. It's just retail and sales work, not Ritz Carlton.
