I applied through other source. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at The Curious Agency (Shrewsbury, England) in Dec 2025
Interview
Me and Stephanie had a planned Google meeting call, which was easy to access and simple to get onto. We then had a chat about my current situation and Stephanie was supportive and attentive. We discussed about my CV and she gave brilliant constructive criticism. I left the meeting feeling confident and aspired to continue in marketing.

Question 1
Stephanie asked me which aspected I needed more work on Grammar or Spelling? This helped me think about how I can improve myself and I valued the feedback!

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at The Curious Agency (Shrewsbury, England) in May 2024
Interview
Brief 20 minute call asking what I would like to gain from the experience and a bit about me.
Unpaid so I declined.
It was a real shame because the interviewer really gave me the impression at the interview that they were passionate about giving people with low experience a chance in marketing. However, with the application process being a complete mess I had my doubts; the job listing had just two sentences in the description, to apply I had to reverse engineer their website to get the email address to apply (the ‘apply now’ button doesn't do anything so I had to use console devtools to see the email), Then had a 2 week wait for an initial response even with follow-up emails, I was offered the position but couldnt manage the 6 month time frame unpaid. They then offered a PAID 3 month internship which was great. But this was a typo unfortunately so I ended my communications with this company. :D
This unfortunately isnt the role for me but would be great for someone out of college or school with no experience and are happy to work for free.
