Numerous conversations with department heads, leadership and the owner. Took place over two months; some in person, some virtual, covering prior research and strategy experience, point of view on methods, clients, project delivery. Friendly, pleasant team, including the receptionist.

Interview
Interviewers did a good job of making you comfortable and the interview approachable. Mix of personal questions and past work experience. Was two different rounds, one with hr, one with manager, each being 30 minutes to an hour.
I started with a phone screening where they asked me some normal interview questions. Then I had to complete a psych survey as well as a PowerPoint quiz about surveys and marketing research. Then I had an online video interview
