I went to ask for an application and got hired. I just walked in. They needed someone at the time. Now they mostly interview after doing some calls and they dont post on job sites csuse the guy who owns the place thinks it looks bad

super casual, asked why I wanted to work there and why I would be a good fit. asked if i had any experience with fine spirits, and why i had any interest in it. it was just me and the two managers, they were extremely relaxed and took the time to get to know me.
