A recruiter reached out to me for an initial interview. We schedule the call and 10 minutes before the call the recruiter emailed me that she needed to push the call to the next day and asked for my availability. I sent my availability and never heard back. Followed up 3 times via email and never heard back. Very unprofessional considering they reached out to me in the first place.

Nice team, quick process. Involved paired programming interview and then a system design interview. This is a system design interview like you get at major FAANG companies and it seems like it’s required for any level engineer. I failed at the system design interview but passed the coding interview. They made sure not to waste my time and force me into additional interviews once the system design part was rejected.
