Frontier doesn't hire like most companies, maybe more accurately, they're on the leading edge of how more companies are starting to hire. Rather than identify a need, plan a budget, and interview with an eye to fill that vacancy in a few weeks, they often do rolling interviews so that when a need arises, they can activate someone off their 'bench.' One employee accurately described this process as a "long on-ramp." My experience may not be typical, but over the course of 7 months, I interviewed with 4 different folks, plus a try out-style "audition" session with pre-work.
