Quick 15-min interview with a manager. Usual easy questions. There were a bunch of other people there too. Got a call the same-day from another manager on whether or not they hired you.
I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at The Funplex (East Hanover, NJ)
Interview
Once I was scheduled for the interview I sat down with the main manager (Charlie) who just asked me about my experiences thus far based on my resume. After the interview and being confirmed for the position I was scheduled to go through training for how to operate the rides and work with kids. At the end we had to take a little quiz and after the completion of that assuming we did well we were fully hired.
