They don’t hire straight into management. They said that you have to work your way up from minimum wage. It was a waste of my time. How can anyone expect to make your company better if they only hire using nepotism. It’s understandable now how they aren’t as successful as they could be.

Walk in, tell them you're here for an interview and when they're ready you go back to the break room. Sometimes there are employees in their during interviews so it can feel unprofessional, and a little intense knowing that there are other people listening.
