long process--4 phone interview and met with 10 people in person. Process very long and continued to ask same question. They look to negotiate a lower compensation package on the spot. Personality test required before interview.
The company has a work hard play hard. If you aren't afraid of that this is a great company! Very knowlegable about the industry. Obvious that people are making money.

Very well conducted and very professional. The time taken to engage with everyone involved in the hiring process was time well spent. The questions were well thought out and the atmosphere was kept at a professional level. The interview process was conducted over several days and during that time I met with the management team and the team of people I was ultimately going to work with.
