I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at The Judge Group (Alpharetta, GA) in Dec 2015
Interview
I had an initial phone screening with a corporate recruiter in the company's head quarters. I was sent a candidate questionaire with open ended questions which I was to send back to the recruiter at my earliest convenience. I then had a skype interview with the recruiter, followed by a phone screening with the hiring manager/ director. An in house interview was set up the following week and I spoke with the recruiting manager and a sales executive. I was invited to return later that week to shadow recruiters to gain a first hand look at the daily operations within the office. Following the shadowing with other recruiters, I met in person with the director of the office. I was called later that day with an offer from the recruiter.

They move very fast. I had 2 interviews in 1 day and the 3rd and final interview 2 days later. Both interviewers were very pleasant to talk to. They were very casual.

Straight forward interview. They more or less want to show you actually have a desire to work there. Bring a few copies of your resume. Dress and act professionally. If you do, you're in.

Interview
I had submitted my resume and received a phone screen call just a week or so later. I went in for the interview and was happy with their location and the formality of their presentation. The interviewers looked stressed though.
