The Klotz Group interview questions

It was both a serious yet casual interview. It was made clear that they were focused on the individuals soft skills vs hard skills and stressed the fact that they were looking for a good fit. The entire interview process was spread out over 1/2 dozen phone calls followed by a full day of various meetings in the office.

This was just a resume process like usual, CFO did the interview and called me back. I had to learn a new Rent Manager Program but it was pretty easy.
