First, I had to go through a video interview to prerecord my responses. They asked me questions and I had 60 seconds to review the question and prepare my answer and then another 60 seconds to record my response. Based on those responses they decided if they wanted to interview me on the phone. I found it very challenging. Then I met with someone from recruiting team .
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at The Kraft Group (Foxboro, MA)
Interview
Video phone screen which is very awkward an uncomfortable, Followed by multiple in-person interviews. In video screen, you can't ask clarifying questions or get direct body language feedback so it's hard to gauge how you're doing or what they think of you.

Interview
My interview with HR was both unpleasant and disappointing. Being a diverse candidate, I could tell immediately she was not pleased to see me. She did not smile once, was not friendly, and then preceded to describe the position so unpleasantly knowing it would deter me from wanting to pursue the opportunity (working long hours, highly administrative even though this was a senior management role, no flexibility everyone arrives and leaves at the same time). I was so happy to walk out of this interviewing not wanting this role, grateful for what I have.
