Interview process was a really easy and nice experience. Was asked questions pertaining to customer service, work ethic, and basics like being able to do certain tasks. Hiring manager did a really good job at answering my questions and made me comfortable being able to get my foot in the serving industry.

The interview was very relaxing. Management really wants to get to know you better and understand your strengths and weaknesses. Since the job is all about customer satisfaction, they really want people that have strong people skills.

My questions were based off my resume. I had prior experience with management and they wanted to know my contribution and responsibilities within my role
