Just apply and spoke with a recruiter about my application process. Then had an interview a few days later. They had mainly asked behavior questions during the interview. Experience did not matter being able to work in a team and being a team player counts
Virtual interview. There were 3 or 4 employers - one from hr and 3 from the department I was interested in. Mostly behavioral questions and questions related to your work experience

I was applying for the position of capital engineer intern position. they interviewed a lot of students (maybe around 20-30) but just gonna hire one. I have not got the offer but the interview itself is a good experience
