Contacted by hiring manager for an initial screening. Then had a phone interview with the person hiring for position. Then came in for an in person interview.
Red flags came up during interview because they mentioned there wasn't any training, unsure how that works, but that is what was said.

Interview
The interview process included a phone interview and in person interview with a sales lead and account manger present. The phone interview gathered past work experience Information and questions about salary. The in person interviews was very conversational and included some situational questions. The whole process was very quick and the communication was very good.
