I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at The Mx Group (Burr Ridge, IL) in Oct 2017
Interview
I got contacted to do a video interview. Then I had to do a wonderlic skills test, a behavior test, a writing test, and an editing test. I sent all that back. I got called in for a live interview where I had to do ANOTHER wonderlic test. I talked to three people in about an hour. Then, I waited. I actually called them back before they got back to me because I had another offer. They told me that they still weren't sure if they were actually going to hire someone full time for the position (which I see is now posted again...). It was a lot to go through for a "we're not even sure what we're going to do about this opening yet."

Question 1
How much experience do you have writing long form content?
I applied online. I interviewed at The Mx Group (Chicago, IL) in Nov 2020
Interview
The interview was held virtually and hosted by a friendly HR representative. It was a casual, professional conversation regarding their agency niche and copywriting needs, assessing my experience and expertise in their area of focus.
An overall positive experience, with one downfall: no follow-up email, or a response to mine. Corporate ghosting!

Interview
Video/phone interview and then an in-person interview. They have you take a Wonderlic test in advance and then again on-site. Overall, they were friendly and professional. Not sure what they're looking for because they still have the same position re-advertised months later.
