I was contacted by a talent acquisition manager after I applied on Indeed. I was scheduled an interview quickly. The regional manager did not show up to the interview, so I met virtually with the property manager. The questions had very little to do with my ability to do the job and I am not sure the person I interviewed with was able to grasp how I tried to tie it together. The manager did tell me how badly they needed people, her whole staff left a couple of months ago and the property was so behind nobody was getting bonuses. Nevertheless, I never hear back from them. Not a rejection or anything. It's apparent there are some serious internal issues to run this way.
