In person interview on the shop floor picking outfits and items to talk about, odd questions about connection to the outdoors and wild places. Overall not too bad and didn’t feel uncomfortable
A group interview where you learn about the company and also are made to do an abstract task to show team work. You also have to do basic sales role play to ensure a good fit.
