Nice, very accommodating. Reassuring and spent time getting to know me, did a trial in the rooms too to get a real feel of the staff, children, ethos and setting.
I applied online. I interviewed at The Old Station Nursery
Interview
Welcoming and friendly. They were very understanding of my circumstances and asked me lots of questions about myself as a person before going into the professional questions. Had a tour and met some of the team after the formal chat and even had the opportunity to sit in with a class for half an hour.
