The Old Station Nursery interview questions

Welcoming and friendly. They were very understanding of my circumstances and asked me lots of questions about myself as a person before going into the professional questions. Had a tour and met some of the team after the formal chat and even had the opportunity to sit in with a class for half an hour.

Nice and easy interview process - usual questions on the Early years foundation stage framework, safeguarding, health and safety and a little activity of writing up an observation and interaction with children.
