The first step is to submit an application and--if deemed an eligible candidate based on your application responses--you are then contacted by phone to make arrangements for an in-person interview.
The interview is panel-style, with most questions focused on problem-solving, customer service, and marketing ideas from the head leasing consultant, assistant manager, and general manager, respectively.
Once your interview is complete, you are then informed that you will receive notification within the week, by phone, of whether you were considered for the position or not.
