Interview
interview consisted primarily in explaning relevant past experience in the service industry. The interview felt informal, and I felt very comfortable with my interviewer. He asked me where specifically I had been employed as a restaurant server before, and wanted to know the schedule I kept with that employer and also how much I made, before and after tips. Much of the interview involved the hiring manager explaining the operations of the restaurant, and also the relationship between the managers and the service staff...
