Few different phone calls and then in-person interview. Mostly behavioral. No technical. Job was positioned as an introduction to the business world. Position was in property management. Not a super technical role to begin with. A familiarity with CRE is desired.

interview was pretty chill. its more like a casual chatting. is not formal. And the HR just asked you your expected wage rate. The manager who interviewed me was a kind lady. We talked about interest and other things outside of job.
