Interview
An acquaintance referred me to The Recording Arts Center. After an initial phone introduction and interview, I was invited to visit the facility and meet the Directors. The interview was extremely conversational, including an overview of TRAC's organization and overall business plan. The interview questions were open-ended and centered around my interpersonal and leadership experience. Owner and Director both interviewed me and took time to answer my questions, putting me at ease at once.
