Interview
After looking at a portfolio, their HR reaches out to set up a meeting with the team leader. In this case it was Adam. We did a zoom call to discuss experience and talk about the role in the company. It was pretty casual. We skipped the vague open ended 'Tell me about yourself' questions that a lot of employers make the mistake of asking.
Open communication with clear process, human resources was organized and I liked talking to each staff member.
Everyone seemed flexible in attitude and was very friendly, casual and seemingly cool. There was very little hassle in the entire process.
