I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at The Revenue Optimization Companies (T-ROC) (Charleston, WV) in Oct 2019
Interview
I received an email the next morning after I put in an application for Retail Wireless Specialist at a local WalMart. The email requested for me to take an interview. But it was not in person. I had until 11:59 PM that night to submit it and it was all done on video over my phone. The recruiter emailed me a list of 7 questions to look over. It said to be mindful to be dressed for a job interview on the email also. You have 3 minutes to answer each question. You cannot go back and change the answers. It is a bit distracting seeing yourself on video but the process is not difficult. Once the recruiter watched my video interview she contacted me and asked me a few more questions just about my ability to work certain hours and that sort of thing. Pretty basic stuff. The hardest part of the process is the 7 questions that they ask you for the video interview.
