I came in for an application, and had a mini interview which I definitely didn't expect. I got the job on the spot. There were four people there to interview me.

It was laid back. I feel like they were looking more into my personality. Being a leasing consultant, you need a good personality to succeed and excel in it, so I believe that was what they were looking for.

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at The Scion Group
Interview
Group interview and individual, had to apply online initially with a 5 minute video of yourself. The group interview was situational and they explained more about the company. Did not have to prepare too much.
