I applied online and then did a phone screen. Following the phone screen, I had five panel interviews, each comprised of different people from various departments over an eight-month period. The first two interviews were well-structured and seemed valuable to me. The remaining interviews were unfocused, lacked purpose, and were rescheduled multiple times at the last minute. In addition, the job description was modified part-way through my interview process. (I was provided the opportunity to showcase my ability to meet the updated job description.) Overall, the interview process was incredibly slow, unfocused, and at times unprofessional. Following the interviews, I was given a "personality test" that included math, vocabulary and Western culture questions unrelated to the job at hand. I reached out to the organization and let them know my concerns with this test. Ultimately, I was not offered the job and frankly, after this interview process, I didn't want it.
