Select applicants are chosen to submit a one-way video interview to be considered for a formal interview with the team. There are about 5 prompts and you are able to rerecord your responses. The idea is for the team to get to know you, so you are encouraged not to overthink your responses. HR communications were very pleasant and personable. I was not selected for a second interview, but what I experienced was an easy and enjoyable process.
