The Structures Company, LLC interview questions

Interview was kind of organized but not very structured. Seemed haphazard. Phone interview was handled by a Jr HR employee who seemed a bit rushed. Overall it seems like it might be a good place to be a contractor and move to a direct position, however the haphazard nature made me a bit skittish about the focus of the company and it’s employees. Especially as a contractor to hire role it pays to at least externally project your cool, calm, and collected. Overall having worked in aerospace before I can see how tight timelines and deadlines are but one can accomplish the timeframe without rushing. Especially an interview process.
