I clearly stated my monetary requirements from the very start, both my current and my expected CTC was shared beforehand but they gave me 2 assignments to proceed. One was a analysis of their social media profiles and website giving new ideas, the other of making a pitch deck.
After this they reverted with an offer less than my current CTC. As other comments also suggest they're fraud and just want their work done for free.
WORST COMPANY!! BEWARE‼️

Terrible Experience – They Exploit Candidates
I had an extremely disappointing experience with this company. Right at the start, we discussed salary expectations, and they assured me it wouldn’t be an issue. After that, they assigned me two detailed assignments, which I completed in good faith, believing we were moving forward. However, after weeks of effort, they suddenly claimed they couldn’t meet my salary requirements—something we had already agreed on initially.
It’s clear that they just use candidates to complete work for free, under the guise of "assignments," and have no intention of hiring. I've since learned they do this to every applicant, regardless of the role. Be warned: they exploit candidates' time and effort to benefit their own projects and will ghost you after wringing all the value out of you.
Absolutely unprofessional and unethical—stay far away from this company!
