THey asked pretty basic questions like previous job experience and why you want to work at KU Med. What was a difficult situation that you have been in. That kind of thing. The interview was not hard, there was no IQ or personality test.

I applied for a separate unit and ended up receiving a call from HR about another unit. I agreed to have my resume sent to the other unit's hiring manager and then scheduled a time to speak with her.
I met her about a week later.
